This year, the EVSC is rolling out a new testing program called NWEA Testing. This new program will reduce the amount of time our student spend in testing.
Beginning this year, students will take Measures of Academic Progress (MAP), created by Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA). MAP is a computer adaptive test, which means every student gets a unique set of test questions based on responses to previous questions. Schools give MAP tests in the beginning, middle, and end of the school year for all students in grades KG-10.
