NEXT YEAR BUS APPLICATION (2024-2025)
The application to request bussing for the 2024-2025 school year is officially open! If you would like to apply for bus transportation for next school year (2024-2025) please see the information below. Please note:
- Transportation is not guaranteed and is for students living within their school district.
- Transportation will be to and from a student's primary home address that is on file at your school. (Students will be transported to one address only; no multiple addresses.) Please contact your school if you have an address change or update it on the Parent Portal on the Student Address & Contacts Form.
- The bus application is only for general education students, not students who receive specialized bussing through an IEP or those enrolled in EVSC PreK programs or those attending AIS next school year or out of county students enrolled at SICTC.
- The application is mobile friendly, so you can complete the application on your phone, tablet or computer.
We will communicate with families regarding your bus status once we begin adding students to busses this summer.
Additional Bus Transportation Information:
- Exceptional learners that have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) that requires special transportation services do not need to complete the bus application. The Office of Special Education handles all IEP bussing.
- Parents or guardians with students that are McKinney Vento (homeless/displaced) will need to contact Student Services at 812-435-8866 to request bus transportation.
- If you are parent or guardian needing Pre-K bussing please contact the Office of Early Learning at 812-435-0944.
- At this time, we are not accepting requests for transportation to or from an alternate address other than your home, or from a daycare provider.
- Transportation requests for RAMP and for students attending AIS must be made through the school/program.
