Community Eligibility Provision

Twenty-one schools in the EVSC will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2019-2020 school year. The CEP is part of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program. Through the CEP, all students at these schools will receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at NO CHARGE to the student. A la carte food is not included in this program but may be purchased.

Note: Textbook assistance is not included in the CEP. Families must complete a free and reduced application to determine eligibility for textbook assistance. Click here to apply online.

For more information, contact your child's school or call the EVSC Office of Food and Nutrition at 812-435-8262.
