Insurance Overview

EVSC offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees which begin the first of the month following any applicable probationary period. Probationary periods vary based on position. For more specific information on probationary periods for each position please check the job posting or call the HR Generalist for that position. 

MEDICAL PLAN OPTIONS

Eligible employees are offered access to a Health Insurance Marketplace plan where they are given the opportunity to select the best insurance option based on their individual financial and medical circumstances. This strategy provides one-stop insurance shopping along with a variety of options to choose from to best meet the needs of employees and their families.

Available plans range from low deductible to high deductible with the option of a Health Savings Account.

DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE

Eligible employees may enroll in Dental Health Options through Health Resources Inc. (HRI) and vision insurance through VSP.

Dental and vision benefits are available on a voluntary basis through group rated plans. .

LIFE INSURANCE
Eligible employees may also choose to carry life insurance.
