EVSC Enrollment Process
Getting started with EVSC enrollment is easy and your student's school is here to guide you every step of the way! Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth enrollment process for your family:

Fill out the Pre-Registration Form: Click on the appropriate button above to complete our short Pre-Registration form. (If you are enrolling in kindergarten through grade 12, please click on the blue button. If you are enrolling in our Early Learning programs (PreK), please click on the purple button.) This pre-registration will help us get the basic information needed to enroll your student. Make sure to use a current email address.

Choose Your School: The form will ask you to pick a school for your student. If you're not sure about your home school, no worries!

Watch Your Email for More Information: Once your pre-registration is approved, your student's school will reach out to you with additional information. Also, be sure to check the email you provided for important information about next steps for enrollment and information to access parent portal.

Bus Application: If you would like to receive bus transportation, you will need to apply. Once your student is enrolled, you can complete an application by
clicking here or on the yellow button above.
- Extended Day Application: The EVSC is proud to offer before and after school care for students in our elementary schools. Openings are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information and to complete an application, click on the button above. If you are enrolling for this school year (2023-2024) click on the
2023-2024 Extended Day Application link. If you are enrolling for next school year (2024-2025), click on the
2024-2025 Extended Day Application link.
