RAMP allow students to be fully embedded at AmeriQual in a functioning manufacturing and production workplace. With this program model, students not only earn a wage, but gain necessary skills to be successful upon graduation.
There are several reasons students should consider RAMP. Students at RAMP:
• Earn a minimum of $11.00/hour base pay for 20 hours per week paid through direct deposit at Old National Bank or any financial institution you already work with. Outstanding students will have an opportunity for promotion through the Career Exploration Program, and with that, there is an increase in pay.
• Earn bonus financial incentives:
-- Students with perfect attendance earn an additional $1.00/hour each hour worked that month.
-- Students are eligible for team productivity bonuses each quarter
- Earn promotions and pay increases
• Get direct deposits on Fridays for work performed the prior week
• Have the opportunity to learn industry credentials
• Complete a unique high school program with individualized support for lifelong success
• Get wrap around supports like banking services and financial literacy, daily transportation, free breakfast and lunch, self-regulation skill support, career/employability skills coaching, uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), etc.
